We are seeking a highly experienced Test Manager to co-ordinate a very large Integration Programme Test Cycle for a Telephony environment at a large banking institution.
The ideal candidate would need knowledge of the following Telephony Voice infrastructure:
- Nortel IVR
- Avaya ACD
- Verint Recording
- Aspect Diallers
- BT Third Party Contact Centre environments
- A general understanding of a banking telephony environment and development of collated test plans across multiple banking divisions
