We are seeking a highly experienced Test Manager to co-ordinate a very large Integration Programme Test Cycle for a Telephony environment at a large banking institution.

The ideal candidate would need knowledge of the following Telephony Voice infrastructure:

• Nortel IVR
• Avaya ACD
• Verint Recording
• Aspect Diallers
• BT Third Party Contact Centre environments
• A general understanding of a banking telephony environment and development of collated test plans across multiple banking divisions
